Customer Relationship Manager

Responsible for the overall management, growth, servicing and servicing of home health, private duty and hospice programs.  Develops and manages relationships with physicians, hospitals and discharge planners, Safeguards client and patient satisfaction and retention. Coordinates solution delivery, employs leading practices, and monitors agency performance and service delivery through analysis and reporting.  Market the agency’s service lines, Works closely with management in securing new business.  Successful candidate will be Registered Nurse with experience in home health and marketing.
